I AM A BRAND AGENT WITH A CONSULTANCY MINDSET

I am a curious truth seeker of data and insights, orchestrator of persuasive stories and ideas. ROI-achiever. Provocative presenter and steady team leader. Critical thinker and collaborator. Architect of informed perspectives and decoder of marketing challenges.

My experience, my connections, and my passions have driven me to become a decisive diplomat, confident in my pursuit of becoming a better upstream partner for brands that demonstrates to them that I know them better than they know themselves.

Challenging the status quo

What's the problem?

Agencies lack IP

We are no longer living in the Mad Men era where TV was king, and three martini lunches helped secure your next deal.

Today, in order for Agencies to compete, they must create their own IP that demonstrates their value in understanding the changing landscape and consumer needs.

The 'Yes' mentality

The decline of agency revenue is not new news. Brands are now working with stricter budgets and procurements continues to scrutinize agency scopes.

As a result, agencies deliver more for less and are in constant fear of losing more business. Thus, a "yes" mentality has become the norm.

Vendor not Partner

The decentralization of agencies and media companies, and the rise of consultancies, has created a fragmented landscape.

Today, brands lean on many agencies for work, and as a result, project-based contracts have become even more common than retainers, and agencies are often seen as vendors and not partners.

Any corporate policy and plan which is typical of the industry is doomed to mediocracy.

Introducing: The Verity Method

In order to break through the mediocracy, I've created The Verity Method, an atypical properitary tool designed to unlock the core truths of a brand, and the cultral moment to better understand the brand challenges in a way that helps the agency manage, strategize, and produce business growth and brand value for the client.

Just like design thinking is an ideology supported by a process, so is the Verity Method. The Verity Method is a new way of working and thinking built for the modern business.
